NIMHmuck is not responsible or liable for any infections, contamination of your system, or delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions arising out of your use of this site or with respect to the material contained on this site.

This site and all materials contained on it are distributed and transmitted "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of any kind.

NIMHmuck is not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service(s) and/or material contained herein or on this site whether the material is provided or otherwise supplied by NIMHmuck or its staff.

By logging onto NIMHmuck, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this document. You furthermore agree that you have also understood the statements contained herein, that you release all staff members from any legal or otherwise prosecution, and that the staff cannot be held responsible for the content herein, on the muck or otherwise.

You also acknowledge that NIMHmuck is a not-for-profit organization and that no fee has been charged for the use of this service. We are to be classified as a unofficial and privately owned fan club.

And, lastly, by logging onto NIMHmuck, you acknowledge and accept that all instances or events on NIMHmuck are logged. These logs may be used as evidence or for our defense in the event that they are needed. Only the system administrator and the head wizard have direct access to the above mentioned logs. The logs can and may be used or archived in the case of reports of major offenses or at random to ensure the integrity of our service and all that it pertains to.
